- Maintain and support core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking systems
- Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plans for upgrades, assist in review and management of bi-annual releases
- Develop test strategies as well as execute testing and training
- Maintain and support existing HR applications, processes, and integrations
- Provide day-to-day support to business users
- Collect and Document the requirements from the business users
- Establish continuous communication with the business line Controllers
- Performing and directing quality assurance testing of systems and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another four-year degree with significant IS experience OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HCM systems support experience. Preferred Workday experience
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server is required to support our comp process
- Good to have experience with SSRS
- Highly motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be highly organized and process oriented.
- Ability to research and trouble-shoot application problems
