Human Resources Generalist Pulaski, NY (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=61+Delano+St.+Pulaski+NY+USA+13142) DescriptionBasic Function: Assist in a variety of human resource support duties. Principal Accountabilities:

Coordinate Recruiting process; receive and track employment applications, process prescreens and reference checks when requested

Gather and process any required documentation including I9 documentation, Licensure, Proof of Qualifications etc.

Manage New Hire Orientation; onboarding communication of policies, benefits, employee handbook, and enrollment forms completion follow-up

Maintain employee information in the HRIS

Manage LENS program

Manage Employee Health program

Manage HRSA website- including loan repayment verifications, open positions, etc

Coordinate benefit administration; enroll, cancel and reconcile benefit invoices monthly

Coordinate payroll operations which include entering data changes for employees, reviewing and processing timecard verifications using the electronic timecard system

Ensure that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures

Responsible for effectively maintaining and reporting human resource information, policies and procedures

Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly

Attend and participate in meetings as required

Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of employee information

Assist with and promote all processes associated with the Coleman initiative

Promoting Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives

Other duties and responsibilities as may be requested by your supervisor or management

RequirementsKnowledge/ Education Requirements:A. Associates Degree preferred with 1 – 3 years experience in the HR field, High School Diploma or GED required B. Verbal and written communication skills, office applications neededC. Demonstrate proper judgment and decision making skills when necessaryD. Comply with the organizations code of conduct, safety rules and adheres to all company policiesE. Carry out job responsibilities in an ethical, effective and professional mannerF. Must be willing and demonstrate the ability to cooperate, work, and communicate with coworkers and supervisorsG. Must have strong analytical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Payroll software experienceMust be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position Salary Description$17.00-$22.00 Depending on Experience
