2 years of experience in HVAC installation from residential or commercial settings.
Boiler experience is preferred.
Lead Installer responsibilities include:
- At least 2 years of verifiable residential install experience.
- Ability and confidence to install traditional 80-90% efficient systems and heat pumps/ductless systems.
- Capability to work with a junior technician/apprentice on a daily basis.
- Leading the install process.
- Instructing the apprentice on using specialty tools, installing ductwork, and starting up a system.Hard Skills
