Large HVAC subcontracting firm looking for a strong-minded, responsible, energetic HVAC Service Coordinator who possesses excellent communication skills and is ready to become part of our HVAC team. Please see below for some requirements for this position.

Duties and responsibilities of Service Coordinator position but not limited to:

Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing, updating invoices, processing new orders, tracking inventory, processing service reports, creating new material request forms, filing service startup document, etc., both virtually and physically.

Create and organize new folders for Service maintenance contracts and proposal.

Manage and maintain computerized logs.

Track, process, manage, updated all HVAC preventative maintenance work orders via Timberline, virtual folders, and physical folders.

Assist with management of day-to-day operations.

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.

Mediate communication between customers and technicians.

Monitor service task and request for all projects.

Create and schedule packages for site delivery.

Follow up on all orders and request for the service department.

Work closely with the Service Manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in commercial HVAC service.

Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Proficiency in HVAC service software and scheduling tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

HVAC certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

HVAC Office: 1 year (Required)

Sage 300 Timberline: 1 year (Preferred)
