HVAC Service Mechanic

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including but not limited to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and components

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations when working on HVAC systems

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including their design, operation, and maintenance

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals

- Ability to diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment

- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus

- Familiarity with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
