IAM Engineer

The Information Security IAM Engineer should be experienced in system architecture, design, engineering and deploying data security applications over hybrid environments that includes on-premise and public clouds, such as AWS. The candidate should be comfortable in playing a lead role towards the evolution of technology deployments across the global footprint. An ideal candidate should be proficient in leading the engineering of IAM solutions for Open LDAP, AWS IAM, Azure AD, OKTA, SSO.

• Subject matter expert on security design and solution development related to Identity Lifecycle management.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement and support Okta integrations for various business use cases
• Experience with standard authentication protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
• Demonstrates knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.
• Experience Multi factor Authentication (MFA) implementation and configuration
• Familiar with PAM solutions, such as Cyberark and Centrify
• Fostering Innovation and Automation: Developing and/or supporting the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• 2+ years of experience with IAM systems engineering or implementation, Okta preferred
• Knowledge or Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with Firewalls, Networking, endpoint security software and Splunk preferred
• Linux & AWS knowledge is beneficial.

• Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies, tools, internal/external systems and design frameworks is a mandatory requirement. Strong and broad technology background is greatly preferred.
• Ability to think with a security mindset. The successful candidate must have a strong IT background with in-depth knowledge of corporate application access control, network routing and packet analysis and cyber threat analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact directly with others that do not have a security background and be a security spokesperson throughout the organization.
