Identity Governance & Administration Consultant
Job Summary Reporting directly to the head of access control, you will be responsible to provide technical leadership, and hands on, development, implementation, configuration, and management of our cloud-based Identity Governance & Administration platform (IGA) Roles & Responsibilities · To work on IGA development activities· To contribute to the design and implementation of our Saviynt IGA tool to meet our business requirements by analysing detailed workflow steps per use cases for integration· Work with the team to integrate in-house applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between Saviynt and system resources· Work with the team to implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities for future state onboarding/offboarding ‘flavours’/patterns· Provide custom reports as required for various use cases such as SOX audit tasks related to Identity Management· Provide engineering level support to troubleshoot and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes, as required· Provide hands on training to operations team to be experts in Saviynt technology and IAM in general Key Requirements · Must have good knowledge on Saviynt IGA architecture with hands on experience in Identity Management and joiner, mover, leaver automation, application onboarding, implementing workflows· Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA:o Governance, risk, and complianceo Access attestation/recertificationo Segregation of Dutieso Role based access controlo Attribute based access controlo Self-service access requests and approvalso Privileged access / identity managemento User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliationo Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoringo Password managemento Cloud Securityo Java/JSON and strong SQL knowledgeo Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.o Adept at PowerShell scripting· Hands on experience with AD/O365, ITSM (Salesforce)· Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written· Ability to troubleshoot and fix the issues within team and with Saviynt support team Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field or comparable education· IT Certifications including MCSE Certification specialization in Identity Management· Minimum of 4 years directly related experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)· Minimum of 8 years working within enterprise information technology- ID: #49141666
