We have an exciting opportunity to share!IDN ManagerThe IDN Manager will be responsible for the sale of Radiometer’s products and services to Integrated Delivery Networks in a designated geographical area. The IDN Manager will need to influence, navigate, and negotiate at the decision maker buying level and demonstrate a proven track record in strong team project management with account strategy implementation. In order to achieve/exceed goals, this person will also demonstrate strong leadership skills to influence sales, service and customer service. A powerful presentation skill to paint our corporate vision is a must.Responsibilities include:Drive strategy and provide leadership and guidance to field sales force during IDN sales campaigns, pre and post-sale.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned networks including executive, clinical, IT and procurement.

Create and execute detailed business plans for assigned networks, providing in-depth analysis and strategic/operational direction all applicable Company stakeholders.

Collaborate with National GPO counterparts to drive compliance of GPO terms and pricing where applicable.

Perform presentations to assigned IDN’s that support Company’s current products and future initiatives. Participate in business reviews for key networks.

Initiate and mange cross-functional collaboration with other Company Departments (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Medical, etc.), as needed, towards the achievement of overall objectives.

Manage sales forecasts for assigned IDN’s in order to achieve personal and Company objectives.

Able to manage up to 60% travel requirements for regular account visits, internal management meetings, etc.

Maintain strict and consistent adherence to all Company policies.

Position Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professional expertise acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience. Large account experience with strong presentation skills required.

Experience developing c-level relationships.

Ability to develop and present comprehensive, strategic plans and/or proposals that helps exceed corporate objectives to the Leadership Team.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of tactical plans resulting in the attainment of key Company objectives and goals.

Ability to analyze highly complex, quantitative and qualitative, situations and make effective recommendations.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Living in the New England geography is preferred.
