Immigration Attorney

Midtown Immigration Law Firm is looking for an SPANISH speaking Associate Attorney with AT LEAST one (1) year of Immigration/Litigation experience to represent clients in various forms of immigration matters, including, but not limited to, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Asylum/Withholding of Removal/CAT, and Cancellation of Removal.

Benefits:

- Initial Salary: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually depending on experience.

-Three (3) weeks paid vacation a year

-CLE and Attorney registration fees reimbursed

-40% referral fee.

Requirements :

- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Be well-organized and detail oriented.

- NY bar license a MUST. NJ license a PLUS +.

- Experience with Asylum, Cancellation of Removal and SIJS.

- Experience with Individual Hearings.

- Be able to multi-task and work independently.
