Implementation Project Manager

Duration: 6+ Month, Contract Location: 355 Bard Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310

JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for a candidate that wants to support an implementation team through the new member implementation process. This position is extremely versatile and requires seamless collaboration with the implementation team, data analysts, project managers and custom analytics, as well as other various teams throughout the company. This communicational flow is imperative because it to ensures that the implementation process fulfills the requirements in the new member's contract. An Implementation Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the contract tracker organization, supplier engagement, contract onboarding, analytics, member communications and support, project deliverable monitoring, distribution pricing connection facilitation, savings documentation, maintaining relationships with internal and external groups, and other tasks as needed throughout a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting Senior Project Managers with project plan and tracker creation
  • Establishing relationships with supply chain stakeholders for new members throughout the project's duration
  • Helping to create internal and external communication plans, including conducting meetings, preparing, and presenting to members
  • Assisting in the creation of methodologies to tracker deliverables (savings, tier bumps, conversion opportunities etc.)
  • Helping to document tasks and follow-ups from member project status updates
  • Using data tools (excel, access, internal tools) to help analyze new member data
  • Participating in data review and presentations to new members
  • Engaging with suppliers to ensure all contracts, pricing and any other issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Tracking and supporting internal stakeholder progress throughout project
  • Working with new members to establish plans for new pricing implementation
  • Creating plans and tracking progress of new member pricing implementation at the member's main distributors
  • Working closely with the implementation team Pharmacist to coordinate project progress and assist in pharmacy implementation needs
  • Facilitating new member registration and training for internal tools through IT regional directors
  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Providing status reports and conducting necessary project meetings
  • Communicating any changes in project plans and timelines
  • Assisting with ad hoc needs like member data analysis
  • Attending ad hoc new member meetings
  • Reviewing new member implementation documentation and processes periodically
  • Ensuring all new member data processes and documentation requirements are fulfilled and followed
  • Answering data and content questions the member may need to get resolved
  • Understanding situations, identifying problems, and quickly producing effective solutions
QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
  • Skills in healthcare, project management, and data analysis
  • Ample experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of databases and functionality
  • Experience in contract management, contract negotiation and hospital supplier engagement
  • Proficiency with analytical skills and knowledge
  • Familiarity with hospital MMIS systems
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, matrix environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
