We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Informatica Developer to support HR systems with our industry-leading client. Informatica and Snowflake experience a must!

Responsibilities of the Informatica Developer:

Develop queries and transformations with SQL, build pipelines within StreamSets and Informatica and scripts preferable within Snowflake
Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the core team to enhance their ETL skills and for support transition
Align/standardize team members on best practices around StreamSets/Informatica/Snowflake driven implementations
Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design
Participate in fit/gap analysis, data migration efforts, and integration design with internal/external systems

Requirements of the Informatica Developer:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
At least 8 years of IT experience
At least 5 years of experience with various forms of data modeling, including relational, star, and Snowflake schemas
At least 3 years of experience with semantic layer design and StreamSets and Informatica development in an HR environment
Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization
Experience with database performance tuning
Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
Ability to solve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
