- In coordination with the Information Security Governance Group, develop, manage, and monitor information security policies, standards, and procedures designed to protect enterprise data/information, communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats, including cybersecurity threats while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- In coordination with People Operations, and the IT and Digital Department, maintain an Information Security Awareness Program to train staff on the proper handling of information/data
- Conduct continuous assessments of current information security practices, perform information security risk and vulnerability assessments and audits in coordination with the IT & Digital Department, and recommend methods to minimize threats.
- In cooperation with IT & Digital, monitor security vulnerabilities and hacking threats in network and host systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in information security management or related field
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network security
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and security technologies
- Knowledge of anti-malware technologies and techniques
- Experience with CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
