Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent
10+ years of experience in Information Technology
7+ years of experience in Infrastructure and at least 2-3 years of Project Management experience
Help Manage network upgradation program based on the architectural standards established by customer team
Work with various application teams, Engineering and infrastructure teams to understand and prioritize migration
Ability to guide the engineering and Infrastructure teams to right to training material and resources to get a understanding of LDL and risks involved
Candidate will play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture
Responsible for scheduling and managing large scale migration, plan downtimes with minimal disruption to business, execute and improvise migration process
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical customers.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support
