Description We are seeking an Inside Account Manager to join our client's team. This role is focusing on maintaining and building relationships with global retailers. As an Inside Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to handle a significant portfolio and collaborate extensively with both internal and external teams.Responsibilities: Foster and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Actively participate in industry trade shows, as required, to network and maintain understanding of the market trends. Work closely with buyers at each store to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage and maintain accurate client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing high-quality service. Participate in team building and company outings to foster a strong team environment. Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Be ready for potential international travel for further training and development. Ensure the maintenance and growth of the existing business portfolio.Requirements Possess relevant experience in Inside Sales or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Proficient in using sales software and CRM platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of professionalism and integrity Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations Understanding of the sales process and dynamics Willingness to continually learn about new products and services Ability to provide outstanding customer service Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
