Position: Integration Architect

Location: Brooklyn, NY - Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Overview: We are looking for candidates, to fill a role of Integration Architect to join our client Team located in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide integrated, consistent, and secure integration solutions across enterprise, as well as recommendations of business requirements; collection, identification, and approval of technical specifications; and the subsequent development of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Integration team members to create innovative high-quality solutions to meet the NYPD and FDNY operational needs.
  • Work with Engineers, Applied Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure delivery of desired functionality, requirements, and interoperability of the system of systems.
  • Ensure stable Enterprise, system of systems, architecture by following best engineering practices.
  • Attend and provide engineering support for technical exchange meetings in support of enterprise integration mission.
  • Lead comprehensive end to end thread testing discussions and identify areas for automation and scripting wherever possible.
  • Provide engineering assistance for writing, optimizing, and executing QA/ Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) test plans across enterprise.

Mandatory Skills:
  • 12 years of experience in Enterprise Integration, Engineering, Testing, and QA, experience within Public Safety environments.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
  • Subject Matter Expert of Enterprise Integration and design of Mission Critical 911 systems of systems
  • Ability to design a strategy around a defined application or process.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Organization, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Clear understanding of the systems development life cycle.

Desired Skills:
  • An expert level understanding of Telephony protocols
  • Has experience in solutioning, integrating and testing a non-cloud NG 911 system
