Investor Relations Associate

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm and this position is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Provide support throughout the investor relations processUpdate and maintain the internal CRMCreate and maintain marketing materialsManage busy calendars and schedulingQualifications:Degree required 2-4+ years' experience in financial servicesProficient in Microsoft Office programsAbility to handle highly sensitive materials in a confidential mannerCompensation/Benefits:Up to $125K base depending on experience + bonusMedical, dental, and vision plans 80% covered by employer15 days' vacation, sick days, and standard holidaysBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
