Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
Creates an exciting new shopping destination for Chase customers that helps them level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love
Uses the power of Chase to bring new inspiration, value and convenience to millions of people as part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce
Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
Performs Automation Testing
Completes development assignments on time with an appropriate level of quality to support project efforts
Participates in a digital technology project from concept to implementation, and through all phases of the software development lifecycle
Creates work estimates based on technology concepts and requirements documentation.
Supports project releases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Experience in Swift or Objective C development
Experience working with architectures such as MVVM, Delegate and Observer patterns
Familiarity with Dependency Injection and Reactive Programming
Created an application that is available in Apple's App Store
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
Enthusiasm for automated testing
Experience with unit testing frameworks
Experience with source control management
