Eligibility may vary.Position descriptionThis is a full time remote position within the United States.The Cardiology System Unit looking for a skilled individual to provide support for cardiology registries, data mart, AI related initiatives and applications. An ideal candidate will possess experience in .NET, UI experience with an SPA framework such as Vue, React, or Angular. Additional skills for an ideal candidate would include SQL experience with Microsoft SQL server or DB2 and XML. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting multiple cardiology applications, completing project related work and participating in 24x7 on call duties. This person is expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with Mayo Clinic Staff and vendors for the purpose of planning, implementing, evaluating and supporting IT solutions.Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and training/experience in technical development;OR, Associate’s degree and 5 years’ professional experience in technical development.Additional qualificationsKnowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and computer programming.Ability to take responsibility and accountability for own activities. Possesses ability to multi-task and prioritize issues appropriately. Aids in the evaluation of alternative approaches and may help in presenting recommendations to teams and unit. Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills.May interface with vendor support service groups or other external support teams to ensure proper escalationduring outages or periods of degraded system performance. Acts as a liaison to Mayo departments and vendors to adequately support the division's computing systems. Experience working in healthcare technology.
