RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a top private and commercial bank located in New York, NY and is in search IT Application Manager - Payments. This role is a hybrid role 2-3 days onsite in Midtown. The successful candidate will have a mix of project management and business analysis skills gained within financial services in the banking industry. Previous experience in managing complex large-scale projects with solid experience in Commercial Banking with specific focus in Compliance area.
Responsibilities: The IT Application Manager will work as IT Application Manager supporting critical business areas like Payments (Wires, Chips, Swifts & ACH) Conduct Business Analysis & work with Vendors on new enhancements & defect fixing on current FIS E-Gifts Payments & FiServ Commercial Center (ACH) platform Work as Subject Matter Expert(SME) (Payments) on Strategic Core Banking project As an IT Application Manager, you will work with external implementation partner/vendor and internal departments like Funds Transfer, Deposit Operations, Treasury & IT in providing hands-on leadership, process design, Subject Matter Expertise, training, testing Conduct Business Analysis by working with internal SMEs and business users Working internal SMEs in analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with the IT team in developing the end solution Managing resources, timeline, scope and customer expectations The IT Application Manager will be managing project deliverables with cross functional teamsREQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects in Commercial Banking domain Deep proficiency with Banking Payment process(Wires, Chips, SWIFT & ACH) with solid understanding of cross-divisional interface with other banking business area's like Core Banking, Operations, Funds Transfer Experience working with FIS E-Gifts platform & FiServ Commercial Center/PEP+ Platform Solid knowledge of Bank Payments System Process flows & concepts Wires, Chips, SWIFT & ACH Exposure to IBM MQ platform is preferred Solid knowledge of key business processes in Compliance area with experience in business process reengineering Experience in managing project delivery teams with agile and/or agile processes Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business need Excellent client interaction skills Effectively promote best practices processKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
