It Isn’t Construction–It’s Creative Problem-Solving (Maintenance Tech)

We’re a fast-growing property management company serving rental properties across the Capital Region—and we’re hiring a maintenance tech who’s handy, dependable, and a strong communicator.

This job isn’t about having 10 years of construction experience.

If you’ve tackled home projects, YouTube repairs, or Pinterest-level DIY fixes—and know how to problem-solve and keep people in the loop—you’ll do well here. We care more about how you think and communicate than what’s on your resume.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll handle a mix of daily maintenance tickets and turnover prep—leaky faucets, drywall patches, lock changes, appliance swaps, and more. These aren’t new buildings. You’ll need to get creative, work with what’s there, and know when to fix it yourself vs. when to call in backup. Some tasks you’ll complete solo; others may involve making a material list or coordinating with another tech. Communication and follow-through are key.
