Position: Program Manager ITSM/ServiceNow Experience Preferred

Location: New York City

Duration: 12months +

IT Strategic Direction: support the development of n IT Strategic Direction, including an executive summary and outline for the 2021 IT Strategic Plan;Strategic Action Plan: Support the overall sponsorship, oversight and execution of the IT Strategic Plan activities;

KPI Model: Establish a performance measurement model for IT units, including KPIS per function and executive dashboard;

Service Portfolio Review: Assessment of the current IT service offerings available to Client staff and recommendations to align to the business needs of business customers.

Skills Desired:- 7-10 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, consulting or related communications experience.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.- 5+ years of experience in technology; experience in government technology preferred.- Sharp analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision making.- Experienced working in IT services organizations and supporting IT services portfolios.- Skilled in designing performance metrics including strategic and operational KPIs- Prior data collection and analysis experience.- Exemplary oral and written communications skills.- Excellent presenter; strong understanding of storytelling and persuasive presentation techniques preferred. Strong project management experience.- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITIL, ITSM, or ITBM platforms preferred.
