Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and funding as well as organizing and coordinating the deployment plan.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for reporting, maintaining project plans, supporting project planning and tracking, issue/risk management.
  • The candidate will produce project documentation, business case and project plans to team standards, and within the current project lifecycle standards, soliciting business sign off, governance, and action where appropriate.
  • They will provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.
  • Ideal candidate will have a diverse technical background within the financial services industry.

Required Skills:
  • At least 8-10 years of technology project management experience.
  • Experience with network build, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations.
  • Experience gathering technology requirements and working with design, trading, and technology teams to finalize design development and construction drawings.
  • In addition, the SDM will be responsible for managing delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/consultants.
  • Define the scope of operational work in collaboration with Enterprise Network Services and Business Unit management.
  • Develop schedule while effectively allocating resources to the activities.
  • Maintain project schedule and review with key stakeholders.
  • Driving process efficiency.
  • Develop, track, and coordinate schedule.
  • Manage Hardware deliveries, with vendors, including staging.
  • Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets.
  • Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required Lead deployment activities.
  • Drive process efficiency Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs.
  • Manage the resolution of any issues.
  • Ensure documentation is updated.
