IT Project Manager with ServiceNow and Spanish

Corus is looking for a IT Project Manager with ServiceNow experience and Spanish bilingual : Spanish/EnglishSkills - It is not a highly technical role, but the candidate must have IT background. - Experience in ServiceNow administration 3-5 years - Knowledge of ITIL process for Change Management - Experience in project management 3-5 years The candidate will work with local teams to implement a post-change oversight tool. The candidate will develop a process that will identify any potential impact that changes have made to the business and improve our ability to respond to incidents related to changes. Knowledge of existing tools like ServiceNow, Spectrum and Dynatrace will help the candidate develop a framework for triage when issues arise.
