IT Support - long-term contract (SK)

The rate is $20 to $40 per hour W-2.New long-term IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk Support contract position Responsible to provide IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk Support to the user base, both on-site and remote. Troubleshoot software and computer peripherals, Active Directory and Group Policy. Provide support for Desktop and Laptop computers, printers and other equipment. Support MS Office, Office 365, and Skype for Business. Any knowledge of Windows Servers or Cloud / AWS, or Application Support is a plus.
