Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop and application support to our Property Management offices located throughout New York City, as well our NYC Corporate office.
  • Support Amenities and Conference Room Technologies throughout the portfolio.
  • Responsible for answering and closing Support Desk tickets.
  • Assist in on-boarding new staff.
  • Contribute to our ongoing on-premises to cloud migration.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Applications
  • Windows 10
  • MacOS/iOS
  • Desktop / Laptop/ Mobile Support
  • Printer Support
  • Basic Networking Support
  • Telephony (3CX PBX / Mobile / VOIP)
  • A/V systems (audio-visual) such as Teams Rooms and Mersive Solstice.
  • Mobile phone activation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of property management / security / access control tools including PassagePoint, Building Intelligence, Workspeed, CCure, and Exacq is a plus but not required.
  • A degree in computer science or related technical field with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
