- Provide desktop and application support to our Property Management offices located throughout New York City, as well our NYC Corporate office.
- Support Amenities and Conference Room Technologies throughout the portfolio.
- Responsible for answering and closing Support Desk tickets.
- Assist in on-boarding new staff.
- Contribute to our ongoing on-premises to cloud migration.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Telephony (3CX PBX / Mobile / VOIP)
- A/V systems (audio-visual) such as Teams Rooms and Mersive Solstice.
- Mobile phone activation and configuration.
- Knowledge of property management / security / access control tools including PassagePoint, Building Intelligence, Workspeed, CCure, and Exacq is a plus but not required.
- A degree in computer science or related technical field with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
