Work with security and compliance teams to ensure research study protocols meet Northwell and governmental policies and regulations.
Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on needs for the various information technology services.
Collects, documents and analyzes business requirements; documents and communicates clearly and timely with customers on project status and issues.
Serves as a liaison between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user.
Supports and enhances IT systems and initiatives through identification of project objectives (discovery), design, conversion, testing and implementation of project plans.
Develops a thorough understanding of the service line departmental operations and understands the application inventory including purpose, business owner, vendor and high level functionality.
Follows an established requirements gathering process to identify requirements.
Communicates requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
Coordinates with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Develops user documentation or training materials.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
5-7 years of experience preferred
