Japanese-English bilingual Senior Sales Account Executive

NEW YORK, NY (downtown)

FULL TIME EXEMPT

Position Overview The Sr. Account Executive will be required to leverage a proven track record and experience to provide sales leadership to prospects and customers as a lead member of a sales team focused on developing compelling System Integration, Enterprise Cloud Service, Network and IoT/DX Service. This role will be responsible for working on the front lines of direct client engagements as well as working with business partners to structure deals and solutions that result in winning transactions.This role will be also responsible to assist sales team members to promote their sales Job Description (Essential Job Functions):
  • Work with prospects to identify requirements and build compelling solution to address those requirements
  • Cultivate relationships with key account stakeholders and build long-term relationships
  • Communicate with Key Accounts responding in queries, offering solutions, innovative ideas and addressing needs and concerns timely and efficiently
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills are required, ability to deliver presentations and lead dialogue with diverse audiences of business and technology leader
  • Assist sales members to acquiring the necessary skill sets to efficiently promoting and selling of products and/or services
  • Regularly establish sales strategies for the sales team, including extensive training, focused on product knowledge and techniques, in order for the sales team to effectively engage clients
  • Efficiently emphasize product features, based on an analysis of the customers’ needs and on your technical knowledge of our services’ and product’s capabilities and limitations
  • Close business and meet & exceed quarterly sales target
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal team including sales members and engineering to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Initiate sales campaigns and follow established marketing plan guidelines, in order to meet established sales and production expectations
  • Complete all product and development trainings, as required and/or determined by management
  • Performs any and all other assigned and/or related tasks and duties, as determined by KDDI America in its sole discretion.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • 5-7+ years of outside sales and/or engineering experience
  • Extensive Knowledge of Enterprise Network Technology, System Integration
  • Understanding of Enterprise Cloud service use cases – Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Knowledge of IoT/DX service is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and white board sessions with clients to discuss and finalize solutions and designs
  • Understanding and ability to review/edit/develop/negotiate services documents including SOWs, Solution Descriptions, SLAs
  • Must have strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills
  • Open to working with people from different countries and cultures in a multinational company
  • Must be ambitious and take initiative
  • Requires Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Use company tools to plan, forecast and report sales to upper management
  • Language: English and Japanese
  • Ability to travel domestic / international
  • Must possess a valid drivers’ license

Compensation: up to 80K (D.O.E.) + Incentive and Benefits package
