RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is looking for a Java/SQL Developer in New York, NY.
Key Tasks: Java/SQL Developer will be developing applications for electronic trading business; Supporting the applications for business impact initiatives Working with other teams through development life cycle Core Java development in complex distributed systems End-to-end Software Engineering in an agile environment API Design & Development As a Java/SQL Developer, you will be developing high-speed messaging applications using messaging technologiesREQUIREMENTS: BS or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics 8+ years of technology experience in core Java development in complex distributed systems Proven experience in high-volume, low latency real-time messaging Comprehensive experience in overall end-to-end Software Engineering in an agile environment Deep knowledge of Java stack, messaging technologies, multi-threading, caching Knowledge of Java stack, messaging technologies, multi-threading, caching Skilled in developing high-speed messaging applications using messaging technologies such as Ultra-Messaging (29West), TIBCO Rendezvous, etc. Experience in dealing with big data in real-time applicationsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
