Job Description:

Basic Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience of oracle database and Stored procedure(PL/SQL).
  • Hands-on experience of Hive Database and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge about running Sqoop jobs to copy data in/out of HDFS.
  • Understanding of Hadoop cluster , Master/Nodes/Resource Manager/Application Manager etc.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop tools/technologies like HDFS/HBASE/ZOOKEEPER/MAPREDUCE/YARN etc.
  • Hand-on experience with Debugging Java based application and related technologies with IDE.
  • Working experience with Linux server app deployment and basic Unix/Linux commands.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Spring/Java-based application and its Database layer.
  • Good Understanding of Java Collections Framework, Java8(and above)
  • Hands-on experience with Multithreading (APIs like a reentrant lock) and other functionalities, Java8(and above).
  • Hand-on exp with code repository like GitHub, its usage(push/pull) from an IDE.
  • Hands-on experience with running spark/r/python jobs in Distributed Hadoop cluster.
