The Role:The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Impact - Brand Marketing Director will lead a talented team of brand stewards helping to steer the brand strategy, brand perception and creative strategy for the largest financial services company in the world. As the leader of this group, he/she will be instrumental in the shaping the brand strategy and creative that supports an always-on corporate impact messaging approach.The right hire must have an interest in Corporate Impact storytelling and the firm's racial equity and sustainability commitments. In this role, the person hired will act as the connective tissue between internal corporate clients (Corporate Impact Marketing, DEI and CR organizations) and creative partners to help tell the unique stories of impact our firm has had on communities, clients, customers and employees. He/she will partner closely with senior management to drive forward key initiatives, ensuring external marketing programs align with key business priorities and the JPMorgan Chase brand. The individual should build strong and collaborative working partnerships with our centers of excellences - Creative, Media, Social, Analytics, and Insights - to produce beautiful, on-strategy creative. He/she must be able to work seamlessly across various internal and external partners including agencies, writers, designers, producers, and web developers. The unique individual that would fit this role must be adept at working across lines of businesses and with a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed group of people.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the Brand Marketing team that manages the parent company brand, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and oversee the work across various businesses, connecting the dots and ensuring a clear, consistent way the brand is represented.

Champion brand standards and guidelines through all work and be a point of contact for senior executives for brand strategy consultation.

Lead brand agency or internal creative team to develop 360 campaigns to better communicate our story to target audiences, aligning with business and marketing objectives.

Work with Insights, content, creative and internal client teams to develop compelling assets that resonate with the target audience.

Collaborate with Paid Media team to develop communications frameworks and campaign strategies that help meet business and marketing goals.

Work closely with internal client sources to understand their goals, align to support those goals in new and creative way, and help them use their dollars efficiently.

Generate story ideas/ activation for external and branded content partnerships.

Provide creative feedback that pushes the boundaries of what is expected, while staying within brand guidelines - inclusive of partnership and sponsorship assets.

Use metrics and analytics to drive campaign performance.

Build relationships with creators across the company to support their efforts and ensure the dollars are being used to tell the best brand story possible

Requirements:At least 12 years of marketing / brand experience

Motivating and experienced team leader who is well versed in working with a team based in various locations.

Experience in managing external agencies and collaborating closely on campaign development from briefing to execution and production.

A desire and ability to write/create/develop original, thought-provoking 360 brand marketing campaigns.

Experience managing multiple clients and creatives in a highly matrixed environment.

A working knowledge of campaign measurement analytics.

Proven ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues, internal / external clients and vendors.

Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the legal and operational constraints of creating large and small-scale marketing campaigns for a financial services company.

Excellent project management skills and collaborative spirit.
