Jr. Paralegal

Description Our client is looking for a corporate paralegal who is energetic, a self-starter and a great team player. This job will support the day-to-day functions and the growth initiatives of the legal team, including: ● Draft various standard form contracts, such as distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, etc. ● Contract management: proactively facilitate and manage all third party contracts and all internal documents through the document life cycle, including execution, extension, and renewals.● Own and execute corporate filing and maintenance and update of corporate records of the Ubiquiti group companies ● Managing legal billing and coordinating with outside counsel● Manage compliance processes to comply with the SEC requirements ● Provide support with the legal team and other departments on various special projects, including facilitation with international offices, formation of international entities and management of global lease portfolio● Coordination with various Ubiquiti stakeholders (including Finance, HR, Accounting) to execute the aforementioned responsibilities.Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree● Prior experience as a paralegal is a plus.● Experience with e-billing system (e.g. CounselLink) is a plus● MS Excel, MS Word and G-suite● Notary public (obtained either prior to the start date or as soon as possible after start date)● We are a decentralized organization with a “Day 1” culture that empowers individual contributors to thrive, which requires: ○ Strong communication skills ○ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective prioritization○ Excellent organizational skills○ Fast learner and growth mentality○ Good problem solver with a focus on execution and efficiency, including making improvements to existing processes○ Passion toward the company’s mission○ Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently Requirements Corporate ParaLegal Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
