NO Role Type: Non-Essential JOB DESCRIPTION: As our Junior Auditor, youll participate on audit projects and learn a wealth of knowledge associated with auditing a process or system you may know very little about. Youll build trust in these interactions by challenging the status quo, streamlining recommendations, and developing relationships - its not just Excel sheets and models. To thrive in this role, you dont need to have any previous experience or knowledge in financial services but a business degree would offer the baseline knowledge youll need. Come and apply if you have: • BA/BS, all majors are considered, concentration in Business Administration or Finance a plus • Superior quantitative, analytical, communication and leadership skills are essential • A second language is also advantageous, but not required • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively • Experience working to build effective customer relationships • Have self-awareness with the confidence to work independently and take responsibility for your own development QUALIFICATION DETAILS: Reviewing documents, working with teams, doing some type of detailed audit work, working on administrative tasks as well. All work will be reviewed by senior leaders. Performing detailed test work as skills develop. Training will be via ZOOM to start. There will be a new joiner induction training. Each teach will conduct their own training specific skills. Start asap, potential for extension depends on person. Working remotely right now, will likely switch to hybrid soon. TOP 3 1. Audit/analysis background in school preferred. 2. Advanced mathematical skills. Data mining and analytics/visualization. 3. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. No particular level, open to college as long as their schedule allows for FT work. Successful people have come from Baruch. ZOOM interviews, there will be a super day planned and targeting
