Junior Project Finance Specialist

USD100,000-USD115,000Will support senior project finance staff in building out the project finance origination team in NYC

Origination and on-boarding of new clients, implementing new systems, profibility analysis, market analysis, transaction structuring, portfolio management

Account management of existing transactions and transaction support to project finance team officers

Prepare and support internal reports necessary to close transactions including profitability, preparation of credit report, KYC diligence, financial modeling, syndication support, etc

Support seniors in preparing presentations and bid responses, as well as term sheets and review of documentation and participation in negotiation of terms/documents in the deal phase
