Junior/Intermediate Architect

Part-time to Full Time, Virtual and In-House

Come join our small Architectural Practice in Tivoli, New York which is seeking a Project Architect with strong design skills.

The position is open to a Junior/Intermediate Architect. This position will be part-time to start and may lead to a full-time position. Good management, communication skills and experience in wood frame construction is required. We are looking for someone to grow with our firm and who can work virtually from their home, but with the ability to have some in-office time when needed would be a plus.

Our office is involved in several project types that include traditional and contemporary homes and additions; corporate and commercial interiors; apartments and penthouse projects. Our current projects are located throughout the Hudson Valley and the metropolitan New York area.

2-5 years of professional experience (experience must be in the US, New York tri-state area preferred)

Experience with construction documents and drafting

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2014 or higher.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) preferred

Hourly Rate: Commensurate with Experience

Candidates must have necessary eligibility to work in the US
