Kitchen Attendant

AVANI Queenstown Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Attendant to support our kitchen operations on a part-time basis.This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all kitchen areas. The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, assist with food preparation, and support the cooks in delivering high-quality meals to guests.Key Responsibilities Include:Ensure the cleanliness and sanitisation of all kitchen areas and equipment.Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment according to safety standards.Assist Cooks with the assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking.Provide general support to the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and all regulatory requirements.Support stock control, ingredient storage and organisation of kitchen supplies.Shift Details (subject to change):Rotating roster across Monday through to SundayShifts are including evenings, weekends and public holidays
