Landscape Maintenance!

We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our lawn maintenance team. This position involves a variety of outdoor maintenance duties, including cutting grass, trimming, using handheld equipment, and performing other general landscaping and property maintenance tasks as required.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, punctual, and able to handle physically demanding work in all weather conditions. You’ll be part of a small, supportive crew that values teamwork, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done. Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is an asset but not required — training will be provided for the right person who is willing to learn and put in consistent effort.

The starting wage is $35 per hour, with the potential for pay increases based on performance and reliability. Work hours typically range between 30 to 40 hours per week, providing steady, full-time employment throughout the season.

Each morning, crew members meet for pickup near Red River College on Route 90, where transportation to job sites is arranged.
