Job Title: Lead Business Analyst Location: New York. NY Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills and Experience: Basic familiarity with the Property/Casualty Insurance domainAbility to quickly learn and master the features/functions of the target SAAS platformAbility to arrange and support the facilitation of training sessions, led by the vendorUser requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentationAbility to lead requirements workshops/JAD sessions with Senior level business stakeholdersExperience working with offshore teams and stakeholdersMid-level Microsoft Excel capabilities (concatenation, V-look ups, pivots, etc.)Mid-level data analysis skills (SQL queries; data dictionary; data integration experience)Gap analysis between current and future state needsAbility to compose QA/UAT plans and manage test execution with business usersAbility to compose desktop procedures to support end usersDefect management and resolutionExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong influencing and leadership skillsSelf-directed, persistent, results-oriented, flexible to accommodate diverse working styles Ideal Candidate:Experience with Contact Center Platform / Telephony Solution migration projectsWorkshop planning and facilitation experience for large groups of business usersExperience with Change Management conceptsSignificant technology delivery experience/success with migrations of large user bases A Typical Day:Working remotely for 8 hours productively with some lengthy days during critical phasesDaily Stand Up/Scrum/Touchbase meetings with small and large teamsOnline working meetings via video-conferencing tool with stakeholders and teamPossible long portions of the day working independently on assigned tasksOne day per week working onsite in the NY or Sun Prairie location
