Responsibilities:

- Leading the carpentry aspects of a project ensuring it's completed according to plans, specifications and schedule

- Supervising and guiding delegating tasks, monitoring progress and motivating the crew

- Strong carpentry skills and knowledge to complete framing, siding, windows and doors, decks, trim and other carpentry related work

- Inspecting carpentry work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications and addressing any issues that arise

- Effectively communicating with the owner, other trades and the client regarding project progress issues and any necessary changes

- Identifying and resolving any carpentry related issues or challenges that arise during the project

Qualifications:

- 5 years experience in residential remodeling

- proficient with power tools and assembly installation of most building materials

- Organized

- Ability to do material takeoffs

-Strong work ethic and reliability

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Physical stamina and strength

-Driver's license and reliable vehicle
