CARPENTER / CREW LEAD – RESIDENTIAL REMODELING

We are a local remodeling company called ASI Renovations that is seeking to bring on a skilled worker. We have been steadily working since 2006. Flexible hours. We basically need a team player that will show up, have own vehicle, can transport some tools, can occasionally shop for materials with our money, and work with others. Our customers are some combination of: rich, professional, extremely tidy, teachers or business professionals. You don't have to be a genius, but need to seem presentable. If you do not have a vehicle, are in unignorable addiction, can't manage to keep your cell phone on, do not apply. Must maintain a fairly clean, mostly professional appearance on job sites. Decent hygiene, work attire, represent the company respectfully with clients and crew

Looking for an experienced carpenter to work on small residential remodeling projects. Must be professional, reliable, and have your own vehicle.

Requirements:

5+ years residential carpentry/remodeling

Hands-on skills: rough-in, finish, layout, framing, finish, kitchens/baths

Able to lead 1–2 helpers and keep jobs on track

Some knowledge of tools, safety, codes

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work all phases

Pay: $25–$32/hr DOE. Steady local work, competitive pay.
