As a Lead Decision Scientist, Web Data Collection , you will drive the next level of growth with CVS Health with a bold new approach to total health; a national direct to consumer healthcare brand reaching millions of prospects and members. Additionally, you will leverage data analytics to gain deep knowledge of the customer experience , use data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns , and develop strategies through insights to attract new members and keep our current ones happy and healthy. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different consumer and member journeys across multiple digital touchpoints . Responsibilities:

Lead web analytics tagging and data collection implementation using Adobe tag management tools ( WebSDK , Launch) for a direct-to-consumer web experience

Work with business, marketing, and analytics teams to understand tagging requirements

Design, develop, and implement technical web analytics tagging requirements , and t ranslate requirements into data model and script code

Develop and maintain custom web analytics events, tags, and triggers

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Adobe deployment and data discrepancies

E nsure comprehensive and accurate data collection across all digital platforms through regular reports and audits

Participate in web product lifecycle with cross-functional teams , and own web analytics tagging deployment/ QA

Drive web data collection roadmap and strategy ; d ocument data collection procedures, standards, and best practices

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing and website performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years experience working in analytics

5+ years of experience with implementing Adobe tag management solutions (Launch, WebSDK ) ; experience with implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

3+ years Adobe Experience Platform experience related to supporting implementations

Required Business Qualifications

Proven experience in Adobe Launch, WebSDK, and Experience Platform ; power user of Adobe stack

Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web development concepts ; experience writing script to track custom analytics requirements

Experience with direct to consumer web analytics implementations; ecommerce experience a plus

Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics , Google Analytics, or similar tools)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with e-commerce and conversion tracking

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing , Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$136,217.50 - $267,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
