Busy well established Greenpoint restaurant serving American cuisine is seeking a Lead line Cook work and oversee kitchen for late evening shift, 50-60 hours a week

Must Have current DOH food handlers license as well as open availability.

Candidates should possess the following:

Spanish speaking a plus, Strong communication skills (fluent in English required)

Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction

Strong knife skills

Ability to properly cook proteins to various temperatures

Work well under pressure

Proper spatial and personal cleanliness
