Lead Our Culinary Vision: Chef/Kitchen Manager Opportunity

The Falcon, a renowned music venue and art center in the Hudson Valley, is looking for a full-time Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead and elevate our culinary program.

Perched over the beautiful Marlboro waterfalls, our venue is housed in a historic factory and features two levels with commercial kitchens, bars, and live music stages, plus outdoor dining space with waterfall views. We currently host concerts at least four nights a week, alongside weddings, catering events, and more. Musicians, artists, and guests from around the world come through our doors—and we want the food to be just as memorable as the music.

We’re seeking a chef with vision and creativity—someone who can craft a menu that reflects The Falcon’s unique atmosphere and mission while helping us expand our offerings and broaden our reach. This is a supportive and inspiring environment where a talented chef can grow, flourish, and collaborate to create something truly special!

Key Details

Hours: Current hours are Thursdays through Sundays, kitchen open 5pm-9pm.

Compensation: Starting salary of $52,000 per year, with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a creative, cohesive menu that complements the venue’s vibe.

Manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in compliance with health codes.

Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality and cost-effective ingredients.

Work closely with our front-of-house team to provide seamless service.

Continuously improve efficiency and quality in the kitchen.
