Lead Product Software Engineer - Web/UI Developer
This position can be 100% remote within the U.S.Looking for a Lead Product Software Engineer - (web/UI) full stack developer that can work with little supervision as part of an agile development team based in multiple regions, globally. In this role you will be involved with the design, development, testing and support of UI centric products in partnership with other teams. You will be accountable for building and working on enterprise grade software systems based primarily on Angular 10, NodeJS, TypeScript 4, AWS SDKs and other closely related technologies.What makes this fun?You will be leading and working with some of the best technologies in the entire company and as part of a unit that collaborates globally. What you say is impactful!The project was started just over a year ago with the first release completed and multiple years ahead the market is wide open.Some of the things you will develop, work on and be responsible for and developing:- Application design and architecture, working closely with other teams and respective architects.
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices with constant adherence to security and privacy.
- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
- Create responsive websites using standard HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript frameworks.
- Minimum of 5 years of hand-on application development using web-based technologies.
- Minimum of 3 years of general JavaScript framework experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Angular 9/10
- Minimum of 3 years of Express-NodeJS backend.
- Experience with Jasmine/Karma unit testing.
- Experience with web-based graphing and visualization toolkits like d3.js or charts.js
- Knowledgeable about object-oriented development with exposure to either Java or C#.
- Experience with at least one non-shell scripting language such as Python, Perl or PHP.
- Solid understanding of design patterns and common algorithms.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
- Create responsive websites using standard HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript frameworks.
- Manage UI team development across multiple geographical locations.
