Job Title: Lead RSA Archer Configuration Analyst Job Location: White Plains Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the transition of applications from implementation to post-implementation support, including gathering and facilitating business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, testing, training, and end-user support in the system.
- Configure and manage the system environment, access, and security.
- Implement existing documents and procedures and integrate new business requirements with current system modules, setup workflows, and roles for existing and new modules.
- Provide system design and configuration for the system and related module(s), which includes developing the conceptual design for solutions, making changes to system rules, formulas, algorithms and attributes; preparing and maintaining test scripts, transferring changes to quality assurance environment and testing changes to ensure accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to system incidents, troubleshooting, and executing corrective action.
- Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Support changes to the existing system as needed.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
- Develop reporting structures and business objects, including ad hoc queries and reports from the system
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, recommend, and implement best practice solutions that resolve business processes and system functionality.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with the system
- Strong knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams.
- Strong knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities.
- Bachelor's degree required, Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related business discipline preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience administering and working within the system environment.
- Experience designing, developing, testing and deploying system solutions in at least one of the relative systems modules.
