Our client Synechron is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support their client who is a diversified financial service company. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team to design, develop and implement complex business solutions using Salesforce. You will work with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that their business requirements are met. You will be accountable for ensuring that the Salesforce platform is fully optimized and utilized to its full potential.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development team to design, develop, and implement complex business solutions using Salesforce.

Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that their business requirements are met.

Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions using Salesforce.

Develop custom code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Customize Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as workflows, process builder, and flows.

Configure Salesforce applications including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Salesforce releases and ensure that the platform is fully optimized and utilized to its full potential.

Develop and maintain a project plan for the development team.

Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality is maintained.

Mentor and train junior developers.

Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates on ongoing projects.

Be hands-on with coding to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience in Investment Banking and/or Global Markets (Equities and Fixed Income)

Experience with AutoRabbit, Mulesoft, Einstein, JIRA and Confluence

Salesforce Certifications

Financial Services industry experienceStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.

Strong development skills using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Design System and Lightning Web components(LWC) and Visualforce

Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as workflows, process builder, and flows.

Knowledge of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Strong hands-on coding specifically within JavaScript and Apex

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.

Salesforce Experience Cloud Setup and configurations

Must be familiar with VS Code/SFDX for development
