Required Qualifications:· Minimum of three (3) projects as the project manager accountable for end-to-end software development lifecycle management.· Minimum of eight (8) years of successfully leading complex projects/programs with significant executive and stakeholder involvement and visibility.· Minimum of eight (8) years of experience implementing projects utilizing industry project management methodologies.· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in active management of resource loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project.· Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills · Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree with coursework in Information Technology, Business or Public Administration, Project Management and/or Communications. Preferred Qualifications:· Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Similar Agile Project Management Certification
