Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:? Build, automate, and release Workday implementations for the Payroll team based on the client’s priorities and requirements.? General knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings, and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules? Knowledge in requirements gathering, designing, prototyping, and testing of Workday Payroll solutions according to customer requirements? Experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations? Use your functional knowledge to provide business users with support and configuration fixes as well as recommend best practices related to client requests? Assist integrations team in Payroll integrations configuration and testing? Explore and discover risks, resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring solutions to the potential table.? Make sure that all implementations meet the client's specifications and are delivered on time.? Knowledge of work streams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Advanced Comp, and Payroll) is beneficial? Lead and or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of Workday? Deep HR knowledge and experience? Demonstrated success of hands-on experience with Workday implementations
