Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Service Desk Engineer, Level 1 for a Contract to Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Advisory clients in New York, NY. This role is onsite - No Exceptions Applicants must be fully vaccinated The candidate will be providing white-glove support to C suite executives. Communication skills are paramount in this role. Must-Have Extensive Knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- Entire MS office suite.
- Any ticketing system
- MS Office (Expert level)
- Mobility: WiFi trouble shooting, iPads, Routers etc.
Required: - Candidates should have 2-5 years of service desk experience.
