Level 2 Systems Administrator

This is a full time position located in NYC, or hybrid.Our client is looking for a Level 2 Systems Administrator for their managed services group. In this position you will be supporting clients with remote monitoring, management and support of their infrastructure. You will be providing support, proactive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and other related technology needs. Great opportunity to work in a mixed multi-vendor environment with partners such as NetSuite, Microsoft, Salesforce, Magento, Dell, HP, VMware, Citrix and Cisco.

• 2+ years of experience supporting small/medium sized businesses
• 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Exchange
• 2 + years of experience working within a NOC
• Working knowledge of VMware Virtualization
• Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing and Switching
• Familiarity with Storage Area Networks (SAN)
• Scripting knowledge – Batch, PowerShell or VB
• SMB Backup and DR Solutions e.g., Datto/Axcient/Veeam
• Corporate Anti-Virus – Anti-Spam solutions
• Microsoft Office 365 management
• PSA: ConnectWise, Autotask
• RMM – Continuum, Labtech, AVG Managed Workplace, Kasaya
• At least one of the following certifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Azure Administrator Associate
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
• Azure Network Engineer Associate

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technology-related major focusing on infrastructure management
