Licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspector – Recurring 1099 Work

Looking for a licensed fire sprinkler inspection tech to handle annual NFPA 25 inspections and flow testing across NYC and Long Island.

This is recurring subcontract work — not installs, not alarms, not extinguishers. Just clean inspection jobs for commercial and residential buildings.

I handle the clients and scheduling — you handle the testing, tagging, and reports.

What You’ll Do:

NFPA 25 sprinkler inspections

Flow testing and tagging

Submit reports and pictures via shared drive

Show up on time and knock it out

What I’m Looking For:

FDNY S-12 or S-13 certification, or NICET Level II+

Your own tools + transportation

Solid inspection experience (no trainees)

Reliable, licensed, professional

Pay:

$300–$400 per inspection, depending on size

Fast pay after completion
